1. Who we are
Chupp Logistics LLC ("Chupp Logistics", "we", "us") is a licensed freight broker (USDOT 4343023, MC-1697132) based in Chouteau, Oklahoma. This policy explains what we collect through chupplogistics.com, our quote pages, our phone line and our text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and company.
- Shipment details: what you are moving, pickup and delivery locations, lot or invoice numbers, dates, dimensions and notes you give us.
- Communications: calls, voicemails, emails, texts and load sheets you send us, and our replies. Calls to our line may be recorded or transcribed.
- Payment information: if you pay for freight online, your card is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Consent records: whether you agreed to receive text messages from us, when, how, and the exact wording you were shown.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser and pages visited.
3. How we use it
To quote, book, schedule and track your shipment; to coordinate pickup with the auction facility, dealer or seller and with the carrier; to answer your questions; to collect payment; to keep records required of a freight broker; and to improve our service.
4. Text messages (SMS)
We send text messages only to people who asked for them: by saying yes on a phone call with our team when we offer to text you a booking link (we record when and on which call you agreed), by texting or calling (918) 373-9515 first, or by texting START to that number. Texts are about your quote, booking, payment, pickup, tracking and delivery. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. - No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- We never text numbers obtained from purchased, rented or shared lists.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. To move your freight we share the shipment details needed with the carrier hauling it and with the pickup and delivery locations. We also use service providers that work on our behalf, such as our phone and texting provider, email, payment processor, hosting and freight-rating tools. They may use the information only to provide that service to us. We may disclose information when the law requires it. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, as stated in section 4.
6. Our sister companies
Chupp Logistics is a separate company from Chupp Industrial Inc., The Lift Bros and Covermore Buildings. Agreeing to texts from Chupp Logistics does not sign you up for texts from any of them, and theirs does not sign you up for ours.
7. Keeping it safe
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
8. Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Ask us on a call or by email to stop calling you. Contact us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law.
9. Children
Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Changes to our text message program are posted here and on the SMS terms page.
