1. The program
Chupp Logistics LLC sends text messages from (918) 373-9515 about freight you have asked us to quote or move: the booking link for your quote, payment and booking confirmations, pickup scheduling, tracking and delivery updates, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
2. How you join
Texts are optional and never a condition of getting a quote or booking a load. You join only in one of these ways:
- On a call with us. When a member of our team calls you about freight for an equipment purchase, they offer to text you the link to book it. We text you only if you say yes on that call. We record the date, time and call, and that you agreed, before the first text is sent.
- By contacting us first. If you text or call (918) 373-9515 about a load or a freight question, we may text you back about that shipment.
- By texting START to (918) 373-9515.
We never text numbers from purchased, rented or shared lists, and we do not text anyone who has not done one of the above.
If you join by texting START you receive one confirmation: "Chupp Logistics: you will get texts about your freight quote and shipment. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to stop."
3. How often
Message frequency varies with your shipment, usually a few messages per load.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, under your own mobile plan.
5. How to stop
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further texts. Reply START to rejoin.
6. Help
Reply HELP for help, or call (918) 373-9515 or email info@chupplogistics.com.
7. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our privacy policy.
9. Age
You must be 18 or older to join.
